Hi everyone! I have created my blog Cinch by the Inch to help others like me who want to become healthy and fit. However, I am not your typical fitness guru. This blog is a real person's take on how to get in shape. I plan on sharing my struggles and more importantly my successes. I am a real person just like you who has cravings and who hates to do cardio. So I figured if I was going to get in shape and healthy I had to do it the right way (through diet, exercise, and smart choices). Along the way, I will share exercises, eating tips, recipes, and products that I have personally tried and reviewed myself. If I haven't personally tried it, then you won't hear me talk about it. I personally LOVE food and if I am changing my eating habits, my motto is I wouldn't recommend it if I wouldn't eat it myself.
